People have sad days, thats what makes them people but I think there is a way to turn it around. I'm not this optimist person who is been made stupid out of seeing the good out of the bad. I am very pessimist from time to time, all of us are but I know how to feel at least slightly better and this is a guide to that.
STEP 1: SASS
When sad, you have to sass people around, be cool, make them feel bad for making you feel bad. It works for me, to see them sorry for what they did because I'm not a sassy person so as soon as I start step 1, they are like "shit what did i do? i should be nicer" and I'm like HELL TO THE YEAH
STEP 2: MUSIC
They don't keep saying music is food for the soul for no reason, it really is. I know for a fact that I am not the only one who thinks music is helpful at times like this, there are thousands and millions of us. I know this, I just do.
But one small warning: If you are sad, don't listen to songs that trigger you. I'm not saying don't listen slow and sad songs but some songs just trigger you and it makes you cry harder and you should definetely avoid those songs!!!
STEP 3: BOOKS
It might be hard to get yourself to stop tears and start reading books but reading your favourite books help. It helps me and I read it here and there that it helps other people, worth giving a try.
STEP 4: MAKING A MESS OUT OF YOUR ROOM
It won't be very good for the future, when you'll be happier but throwing books you don't like to the air, throwing your pillows to the air, doing that sexy thing people do to their tables when they're having sex,
Oh and having a night where you break your trophies or your friend's trophies of something you/they never liked is really TFIOS alike and its a great idea. It worked for Isaac.
STEP 5: NOT DYING
Remember, no matter what happens, how sad you are, not dying is the best way to be happy in the future!!!
